Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Robert Twigg and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bixby gets caught napping as Johnson dives in and scores a takedown. Bixby manages to retain guard.
Bixby is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Johnson with a flurry of punches that miss.
Johnson wants to control from the top but Bixby keeps moving.
Johnson seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Bixby working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Johnson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Johnson manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bixby has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Johnson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Johnson cracks Bixby with a solid left hand.
Bixby has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at HWP Forcefield. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.

Johnson seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Bixby does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Bixby has hold of Johnson's hands but Johnson slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Johnson wants to take a breather but Bixby is having none of it.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Bixby wants to get back to full guard but Johnson has mounted him!

Johnson connects with a couple of good shots from mount.

Johnson pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Johnson lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Bixby is rocked!
A big strike lands for Johnson! That's really hurt Bixby and he's turned his back - Johnson keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Johnson jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Barrett Johnson!
An out of breath Barrett Johnson thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
