Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Oby dGreat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Edward Nygma (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). dGreat's entrance music is BLIND by KoRn. A fine choice. Nygma has chosen Eazy E - Boys In Da Hood as his entrance music. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 41 - 15 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Edward Nygma!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A cross from Nygma lands.
dGreat just misses with a punch to the body.
Oby dGreat seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nygma loads up on a big right hand but dGreat slips the punch.
dGreat tests Nygma's chin there with a solid looking shot.
dGreat dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Nygma. That did some damage!

dGreat misses with an uppercut.
An inside leg kick lands from dGreat.
We've been informed that Nygma has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
A telegraphed right hand from dGreat misses the target.
dGreat fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Nygma on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Nygma blocks a leg kick.
dGreat ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
dGreat throws a quick counter kick to the body but Nygma avoids it.
dGreat connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
This has been an exciting period of action!
dGreat avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
A looping hook to the body misses from dGreat. Nygma does a little dance to reset his feet.
dGreat tries to clinch up but Nygma circles away and keeps his distance.
It seemed like Nygma was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
A combination from dGreat does no damage.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Nygma! But no joy.

Nygma loads up on a big right hand but dGreat slips the punch.
Nygma scores with the left hand. dGreat knows he should have avoided that one.
dGreat has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Nygma.
Nygma dodges the punch combination from dGreat.
A telegraphed right hand from dGreat misses the target.
A low kick from Nygma misses
and dGreat counters with a solid body kick.
dGreat tries to land a front kick but Nygma steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
dGreat uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Nygma.
dGreat lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
dGreat lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Nygma throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A solid leg kick lands there for Nygma.
Nygma misses the shot to the body.
Nygma misses with a wild body shot.
Nygma is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
dGreat throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Nygma on the side of the head.

Nygma lands with a shot to the body.
dGreat swings for the body but Nygma moves out of range.
dGreat throws a low kick but it's checked well by Nygma.
Nygma now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Nygma throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Nygma has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from dGreat.
Nygma misses with a looping left.
It appears dGreat was looking to counter with a kick there.
Nygma looks to land a right hand but dGreat moved out of range.
Nygma lands a head shot.
Nygma misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
dGreat works the jab nicely.
Nygma throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
dGreat throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Nygma throws a good cross that connects.

Nygma is clearly trying to counter these attacks from dGreat with a body shot.
dGreat throws a head kick but Nygma moves out of range.
dGreat lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Nygma circles away quickly and effectively.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Oh dGreat is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Oby dGreat is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
dGreat drops his guard momentarily, allowing Nygma to crack him with a picture perfect lead left hook! Boom! Down goes dGreat! Oh, he's in big trouble - I don't like his chances here as the referee's count reaches 5. 6,7,8,9...10! He's out! Nygma takes it!
