The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fussy tries to close the distance and clinch up but Jacobson swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Jacobson went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Jacobson could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Fussy tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
As Fussy looks to move away, Jacobson throws a big counter combo bu Fussy just gets out of the way.
Fussy ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Jacobson keeps the fight on the outside.

Crunch! Fussy slams his shin into Jacobson's torso.
No joy there for Fussy, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Good leg kick by Fussy there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
