Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Daarstknasset Oystenteller!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Sergio Moraes!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Nard Betker and Radbod Blank.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oystenteller scores with a punch to the head.
Oystenteller just misses with a punch to the body.
Moraes tries to close the distance and clinch but Oystenteller swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Oystenteller feinted with a counter takedown.
Moraes is looking to clinch.
Oystenteller tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Moraes was well out of range. Poor timing from Oystenteller.

Oystenteller drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Oystenteller wants to control but Moraes is keeping him busy.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Oystenteller seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Moraes does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Oystenteller shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Moraes's guard.

Moraes working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Oystenteller doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oystenteller manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Oystenteller cracks Moraes with a solid left hand.

Moraes moves in looking to clinch but Oystenteller pushes him off.
We've been told by Oystenteller's head coaches at #1 Amsterdam that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Moraes displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Oystenteller throws out the jab.
Moraes tries to clinch up but Oystenteller circles away and keeps his distance.
Oystenteller changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
A telegraphed right hand from Oystenteller misses the target.
Moraes lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Oystenteller circles away quickly and effectively.

Moraes is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Oystenteller.

Oystenteller turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Oystenteller manages to end up in side control.

Oystenteller remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Horrible takedown attempt by Oystenteller or perhaps it was just good defense by Moraes, which made it look bad.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Oystenteller, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
