Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alex Beling (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aleixo Gene (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Beling comes to the cage accompanied by Sir Dandy - "Juara Dunia". These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beling throws a body shot but no joy.
Nice uppercut lands for Gene. That snapped Beling's head back.

It looks like Alex Beling has been cut.

Beling moves into the clinch successfully.
Beling is trying to break the clinch but Gene has him pressed against the cage.
Gene wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Beling has him pressed against the cage.
Beling tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Gene is looking for a takedown.
Gene swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Beling has Gene pressed against the cage, preventing Gene from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Gene has had enough of the clinch but Beling keeps him there for the moment.
Gene wants to break free but Beling has control.
Beling blocking some punches.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Beling gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.

Gene has his foot on Beling's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Beling works his way back into a safe position though.

Gene had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Beling defends it easily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
