The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hancock closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Kresh is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Hancock off and has taken his back!

Hancock is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Kresh gets his way!
Kresh tries to keep control of the position but Hancock is staying busy.
Hancock wants to escape the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hancock trying to control the hands but Kresh breaks the grip.

Kresh is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Hancock defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

Kresh is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Hancock with him. Hancock is trying to defend but Kresh has an arm under the chin now! Hancock grimaces and is forced to tap out!
