Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leonardo Jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nicolas Amyot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Leonardo Jenkins!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Nicolas Amyot!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Ian Loll and Robert Douchet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Amyot instigates a clinch.
Jenkins tries for a takedown. No joy.
Jenkins tries for a takedown but Amyot manages to get underhooks.

Jenkins jumps into guard, dragging Amyot to the mat.
Amyot stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jenkins swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Jenkins is looking for a triangle but Amyot pushes his legs off easily.
Jenkins is pulling down on Amyot's head. It's preventing any offense from Amyot, at least for the moment.
Jenkins wants to sweep but no luck.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Amyot trying to control but Jenkins is working from the bottom.
Jenkins really is a fat lump.
Jenkins trying to control the position.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Jenkins has Amyot pulled in close to control his posture.
Amyot engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Amyot gets tackled into the cage by Jenkins. Jenkins maintains the clinch.

Amyot manages to break the clinch.
Amyot tries to close the distance and clinch up but Jenkins swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Amyot will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Jenkins drops down looking for a counter takedown but Amyot sprawls and moves away.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Jenkins moves into the clinch.

Jenkins pulls Amyot into guard.
Jenkins manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Amyot manages to get himself to full guard.

Jenkins is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Amyot has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Jenkins is looking to defend but Amyot has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Jenkins! Amyot pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Jenkins taps out and this one is all over!
