Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Arana Kahui (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Viktor Kulakov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kahui comes into the arena with Mustasch - Dogwash blaring out of the sound system. Kulakov comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Lube-Shparu kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Frank Dennis and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kahui with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Kulakov throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Kulakov will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Kahui is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Kulakov misses with a double jab.
Kulakov avoids the body shot from Kahui.
Kahui swings for the body but Kulakov moves out of range.

Kahui shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Kulakov counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Kahui throws a series of punches but Kulakov avoids them all with ease.
Kulakov rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kahui moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Kulakov takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Kahui throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

A little jabbing left from Kulakov on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Kahui gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Kulakov gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
