Hanma's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, B-Complex - Beautiful Lies. Vilela Silveira has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Baki Hanma's chin.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silveira staying out of range there.
Silveira gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Hanma.
Silveira lands a high kick!
Silveira thows a body kick. Hanma tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Silveira throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Silveira throws a head kick that misses
and Hanma counters with a right hand to the body.
A head kick misses from Silveira.
Hanma lands a right hook to the body.
Hanma throws an overhand right that lands on Silveira's shoulder, as Silveira tries to avoid the shot.
Silveira is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Silveira shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Hanma as he avoids it easily.
Silveira looks to land a body kick but Hanma moved away.
Silveira tries to bum rush Hanma with a series of wild strikes but Hanma uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Hanma wants to clinch.
Silveira throws a sloppy head kick and Hanma moves out of range easily.
Hanma is looking for a counter combo.
Silveira looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Hanma tries to clinch up but Silveira circles away and keeps his distance.
Silveira moves out of range of the strikes.
Hanma throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hanma throws a hook but Silveira avoids it easily.
Hanma is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Silveira has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Silveira there as he acknowledges the shot.
Silveira misses with a takedown
and Hanma counters with a nice uppercut.
Hanma misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Silveira looks like he wanted to counter with a high kick but didn't throw it.
Silveira misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Baki Hanma has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Vilela Silveira.
Silveira punishes Hanma's body with a nice straight punch.
Vilela Silveira seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Silveira tries for a takedown but Hanma sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Hanma is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Silveira.
Silveira takes one to the chin there.
Silveira shoots in and drives through. Hanma sprawls well.
Hanma closes the distance and clinches.
Hanma lands a body shot in the clinch.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Silveira pulls guard.
Silveira looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Hanma is stalling in the full guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Silveira can do anything to dispel that myth.

Silveira looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Hanma trying to control but Silveira is working from the bottom.
Silveira is trying to push Hanma off with his feet but Hanma grabs hold of one of the legs and drops back looking for a submission! He's cranking on one of Silveira's ankles and Silveira is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Ankle Lock). Baki Hanma!
After the fight, Baki Hanma was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
