Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Adam Hanga (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leonardo Figueiredo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Adam Hanga had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 157.9lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Leonardo Figueiredo will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hanga scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
You can see the frustration on Figueiredo's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Figueiredo looking for a sweep but Hanga has passed into full mount! Oh no!
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Hanga prevents Figueiredo from getting the reversal.
Hanga is in the full mount, landing strikes.
Hanga scores with a couple of good head shots there.

Figueiredo is rocked!
Figueiredo wants to hold on but Hanga pushes him away.
Figueiredo tries to reverse the position but Hanga maintains control.

Hanga postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Figueiredo badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Hanga around the waist but Hanga pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Hanga is the winner by TKO! Hanga jumps onto the ropes and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
