Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jonathon Torres!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Daniel Bishop and James Atkins.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sturm uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Torres.
Sturm swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Torres checks a leg kick.
Torres is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Sturm with a body shot.
Sturm has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Sturm lands a jab.
Sturm pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Torres moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Torres throws a combination. Sturm tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Sturm throws a leg kick which misses Torres's front leg but catches the back leg as Torres tries to avoid it.
Sturm dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Torres. That did some damage!
Sturm fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Torres has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Torres swings widly with a right hand
and Sturm cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Sturm turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Jab by Torres.
A looping hook to the body misses from Torres. Sturm does a little dance to reset his feet.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Sturm, right into the meat.

Sturm misses the jab.
Torres now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Sturm steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Torres.
Torres swings widly with a right hand
enabling Sturm to counter with a crisp jab.
Torres misses with a hook. Sturm ducked under it nicely.
Sturm fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Torres manages to avoid it.
Torres looks to score with a jab to the body but Sturm is just out of range.
Sturm tries to counter by clinching up but Torres breaks away and moves out of range.

Sturm clinches.
Sturm lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Sturm tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Sturm goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
Sturm digs a right hand into Torres's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Torres's gas tank.
Sturm lands a right hand that snaps the head of Torres backwards.
Sturm lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Sturm cracks Torres with a nice body shot.

Sturm lands an uppercut.

Sturm drops Torres onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Torres is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

Torres is rocked!
Sturm lands a big right hand that drops Torres! The killer instinct kicks in and Sturm finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Sturm!
