Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Marcin Poleski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lorne Greenebaum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Marcin Poleski!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Lorne Greenebaum!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Arvi Lind and Marco Blurström.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Greenebaum, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Poleski looks for a takedown but Greenebaum sprawls well.
Poleski misses with a looping left.
Poleski fails in his attempt to clinch.
Poleski dives in and grabs Greenebaum's left leg, looking for a takedown. Greenebaum pushes down on Poleski's head and hops out.

Greenebaum gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Greenebaum utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Greenebaum wants to sweep here but Poleski controlling him for the moment.

Poleski throws a strike but Greenebaum rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Greenebaum slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Poleski is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Greenebaum thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Poleski has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

Poleski tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Greenebaum prevents Poleski from getting back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Greenebaum wants to take a breather but Poleski is having none of it.

Greenebaum is trying to work for a kimura but Poleski is defending well.
Poleski is refusing to be controlled, as Greenebaum sits in half guard.

Greenebaum looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Poleski fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Greenebaum avoids it really well and circles away.

Greenebaum changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Poleski looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Greenebaum tries to score with some ground and pound. Poleski controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Greenebaum wants to lay and pray for a moment but Poleski keeps working.

Poleski stops Greenebaum from passing to mount.
Poleski knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Greenebaum on the ground.

Greenebaum tries for a kimura but Poleski is defending well.
Poleski is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Lorne Greenebaum has got the better of the ground game so far.

Greenebaum is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Poleski knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Poleski can't do much from the bottom here.

Greenebaum tries to move into full mount but can't pass Poleski's legs.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Greenebaum misses with a shot to the body

so Poleski counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Poleski cracks Greenebaum with a solid left hand.
Poleski postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

Greenebaum working for a triangle but Poleski defends it easily.
Poleski is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Poleski drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Greenebaum dives on top into guard.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Lorne Greenebaum showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Poleski's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!



Poleski decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Poleski is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Greenebaum is just riding it out for now. Poleski eventually gives up the hold.
Greenebaum has hold of Poleski's hands but Poleski slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Greenebaum bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Poleski's guard.

Greenebaum sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Poleski's guard.
Lorne Greenebaum is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Poleski has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Greenebaum is working away from the top position though.

Poleski is rocked!
Greenebaum loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Poleski scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Greenebaum land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Greenebaum stands and salutes the crowd.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:57 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Lorne Greenebaum!
Lorne Greenebaum decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
