Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lawrance Gerltz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Severn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gerltz's entrance music is Rage Against The Machine - Bull On Parade. A fine choice. On his way into the cage it seems that Lawrance Gerltz has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Lawrance Gerltz seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Severn throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Gerltz sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Gerltz throws a combination that misses
and Severn counters with a body kick.
A thudding body kick lands there by Severn!
Gerltz connects with a crisp jab.
Severn fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Severn with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Gerltz to score with a decent uppercut.

Gerltz lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
A looping hook to the body misses from Gerltz. Severn does a little dance to reset his feet.
Severn uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Gerltz.
Gerltz throws a nice inside leg kick.
Severn chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Severn swings for the body but Gerltz moves out of range.
Severn throws a jab when Gerltz was well out of range.
Severn on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

It looked like Gerltz wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Severn throws a push kick but Gerltz slaps the foot to one side.
Gerltz seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Gerltz wants to clinch up but Severn keeps it at a distance.
Gerltz slips a straight right by Severn.
Severn jabs Gerltz to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Gerltz on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Severn throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Gerltz was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Gerltz lands with a slapping head kick.

It looks like Chris Severn has been cut.
Severn throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Severn lands with a hook. Gerltz tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Sloppy strikes from Gerltz. Those never looked like landing.
Nice body kick there by Severn.
Severn throws a head kick but Gerltz moves out of range.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Severn sends Gerltz crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Severn is motioning to the referee to let Gerltz up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

The fighters circling - Gerltz throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Severn is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Gerltz rather than just go for the knockout.

Severn drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Gerltz right on the button. Gerltz goes down! Severn follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Severn gets the win via TKO!
