Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
14 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rodrigo Gracie !
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

14 - 4 - 1, fighting out of London, Jake Theodorou!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Andrew Berry and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Theodorou gets the takedown into side control.
Theodorou misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Theodorou connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Gracie some visible discomfort.
Gracie gets back to half guard.
Theodorou looks to land a strike but Gracie avoids it nicely and regains full guard.
Gracie escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Theodorou gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Gracie working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Theodorou has passed into half guard!
Theodorou working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Theodorou is trying to control the action in half guard but Gracie is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Theodorou connects with a nice short shot to Gracie 's temple.
Theodorou lands with a punch from half guard.
Gracie is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Woodhouse's that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.

Gracie utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

In his post fight interview, Jake Theodorou started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
