The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson darts in looking for a takedown but KaSolomon gets double underhooks and turns Jackson into the cage.

KaSolomon shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

KaSolomon drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and KaSolomon jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
KaSolomon trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
KaSolomon stays in close to Jackson's body and controls the position.
KaSolomon passes Jackson's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Jackson is trying to control but can't.
KaSolomon is taking a breather. Jackson says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
KaSolomon works his foot free and advances to mount.
KaSolomon is dominating on the ground here - he's now on his opponent's back, looking to sink in the hooks. Jackson is in real trouble.

Jackson just trying to survive but KaSolomon is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish.

KaSolomon has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Jackson! Can he survive? No! He's out! KaSolomon gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
