The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gordon keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Gordon throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Bourne unleashes a big counter combination but Gordon bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Jason Bourne seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bourne tries to clinch there but Gordon circles away.
Bourne darts in looking for a takedown but Gordon gets double underhooks and turns Bourne into the cage.

Bourne dives in for a single leg takedown but Gordon sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Bourne has his foot on Gordon's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Gordon works his way back into a safe position though.

Gordon decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Bourne lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Gordon has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Gordon and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Bourne changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Gordon tries to avoid it but Bourne manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Gordon to the ground. Gordon escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Gordon looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Bourne can't hide his disappointment, as Gordon celebrates the victory.
