PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Konrad Badabaos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mr Bojangles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Badabaos might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to The Day Is My Enemy. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bojangles lands with a nice body kick.
Bojangles lands a leg kick that knocks Badabaos off balance momentarily.
Badabaos on the wrong end of a nice jab.

It looks like Konrad Badabaos has been cut.
Badabaos lands with a hook. Bojangles tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Badabaos connects with a single shot there.
Bojangles throws a hook but Badabaos avoids it easily.
Bojangles misses with an uppercut. Badabaos saw that one coming.
Badabaos has been working on his boxing with his coaches at The Hut - $50 in the buildup to the fight.

Bojangles moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Badabaos throws a sloppy head kick and Bojangles moves out of range easily.
Bojangles throws a quick inside leg kick.
A looping hook to the body misses from Badabaos. Bojangles does a little dance to reset his feet.
It seemed like Bojangles was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Konrad Badabaos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bojangles lands with a right hand.
Badabaos lands a lovely overhand right.
Badabaos shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Bojangles eats them both and turns towards Badabaos to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Badabaos buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Bojangles bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Badabaos's head.

Konrad Badabaos's cut is getting worse.
Badabaos is breathing heavily.

Bojangles feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Badabaos's calf.
Bojangles takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Bojangles turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Boom! Bojangles lands a massive head kick that sends Badabaos crashing into the cage, followed by a classic face plant on the canvas! He's up to his knees but he's not going to beat the count - this one is all over! Bojangles is jumping around like a lunatic, extatic with the win!
