The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rage smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Rage lands the left hand.
Sane throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.

Rage drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Sane managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Rage.

Rage decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Sane swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Sane shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Rage pinned against the cage. Rage gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Sane takes a body punch but keeps moving.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Sane is looking to clinch.
Rage paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Sane moves into range and connects with a jab.
Sane just misses with a punch to the body.
Good exchange - Rage coming out on top.
Sane scores with a jab to the head.
Rage rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Sane moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Rage lands with a shot to the body.
Rage throws out a leg kick but Sane moves out of range and Rage only half commits.
Sane tries to counter by closing the distance.
Sane moves out of range as Rage throws a body kick.
Sane looks to throw the jab but Rage is out of range.
Sane fails with a takedown attempt.
Sane misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Sane rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Rage moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Rage stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Rage wants it to stay on the feet.
Ryan Rage has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Justin Sane.
Sane checks a low kick from Rage.
Sane misses with a few strikes there.
Sane throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

Sane dives in and scores a takedown into Rage's guard.
Sane looks winded!
Rage wants to stand and escape but Sane is having none of it.

Rage has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Sane off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Rage throws a sloppy head kick and Sane moves out of range easily.
Rage throws a shot to the body.
Rage jabs Sane right on the nose. Sane blinks but takes it well.
Sane circles away from the clinch attempt.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Rage on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Sane finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Rage's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Sane falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!
