PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Armando Esposito (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Woo Kidd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Esposito's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, "Eat, Sleep, Rave, Repeat" by Fatboy Slim & Riva Starr. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Esposito ducks under a wild hook from Kidd.
Kidd throws a series of punches but Esposito moves out of range.
Esposito wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.

Esposito has taken the fight to the clinch.
Kidd goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Esposito is working for takedown but Kidd is calmly controlling the position for now.

Esposito shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Kidd sprawls well. Kidd wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Esposito gets slowly back to his feet.

As Kidd looks to move away, Esposito throws a big counter combo bu Kidd just gets out of the way.

Esposito shoots in looking for a takedown. Kidd tries to sprawl out of it but Esposito keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kidd manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Armando Esposito is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Kidd fails to land with a series of punches.
It looked like Esposito was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Kidd.
Kidd fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.

Esposito has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Esposito there as he acknowledges the shot.

Esposito shoots in for a double leg but Kidd sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Kidd throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Kidd scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Kidd connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Esposito momentarily.
Kidd shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Esposito eats them both and turns towards Kidd to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

As Kidd looks to move away, Esposito throws a big counter combo bu Kidd just gets out of the way.

Esposito went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Kidd misses with the combination.

Kidd ducks down and throws a hook to the body.

Esposito appears to be looking for a big counter.
Kidd swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Esposito throws a big counter combination but Kidd scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.

Kidd tries to bum rush Esposito with a series of wild strikes but Esposito uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Esposito seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Kidd scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Kidd lands a nice hook to Esposito's body. Esposito takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Kidd stuffs the takedown attempt from Esposito. Esposito gets slowly back to his feet.
The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.

Woo Kidd comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Kidd winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
