Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kenneth Keats (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Corey Terror (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Terror is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Superjoint Ritual - Dress Like A Target. Corey Terror has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Kenneth Keats's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Corey Terror!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, David Schapiro and John Kavanagh.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Terror dodges the punch combination from Keats.
Keats doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Terror throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Terror has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Keats misses with a double jab.
Keats fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Keats lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Terror throws a jab but it's blocked by Keats.
Keats looks for a takedown but Terror sprawls well.

Terror throws a right hand that Keats ducks under and follows up with a left that Keats also avoids with ease.

Keats feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Terror can do anything to dispel that myth.

Keats shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Terror pinned against the cage. Terror gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Keats winds up and cracks Terror with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Terror holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now.
Keats is nestled in close to Terror, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Keats connects with a nice short shot to Terror's temple.

A very excited looking Kenneth Keats rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
