The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Humabon Iii misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Leonardo.

Humabon Iii throws a series of punches but Leonardo moves out of range.

Leonardo tries to close the distance and clinch up but Humabon Iii swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Humabon Iii paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Humabon Iii uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Humabon Iii tests Leonardo's chin there with a solid looking shot.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Rajah Humabon Iii seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Leonardo moves away from the strike by Humabon Iii.
Leonardo is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
Leonardo wants to slow Humabon Iii down by chopping away at his legs.
Humabon Iii ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Leonardo moves away.

Leonardo gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Leonardo jumps guard but Humabon Iii turns him against the ropes and keeps the fight standing.

Leonardo jumps guard and drags Humabon Iii to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Leonardo has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Do you even lift BRO?. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.

Leonardo bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Humabon Iii's guard.

Humabon Iii escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Leonardo gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Humabon Iii isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Leonardo stacks Humabon Iii on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Leonardo!

Leonardo is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Humabon Iii knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Leonardo has an Americana. Humabon Iii didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Leonardo is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Leonardo hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
