Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Lynn Oneal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anthony Thompson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thompson tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
As Thompson looks to move away, Oneal throws a big counter combo bu Thompson just gets out of the way.

It looked like Oneal was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Anthony Thompson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Thompson fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Oneal manages to avoid it.
Thompson shoots in looking for a takedown. Oneal tries to sprawl out of it but Thompson keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Oneal manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Oneal shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Oneal was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

That was a close round but I would say that Lynn Oneal will probably get the nod.

That was a close second round but I would say that Lynn Oneal will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Thompson enables Oneal to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Thompson manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Lynn Oneal.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Oneal, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
