Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bruce Bogtrotter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Rizzo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Bruce Bogtrotter has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Bruce Bogtrotter seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Bruce Bogtrotter!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Frank Rizzo!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bogtrotter misses with a left hand
and Rizzo counters with a left and a right that stings Bogtrotter.
Rizzo tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Bogtrotter scores with a head kick. Rizzo tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
It looks like Frank Rizzo has been cut.
Rizzo avoids the head kick by Bogtrotter.
Rizzo looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Rizzo lands a jab-cross combination.
It looks like Bruce Bogtrotter has been cut.
Rizzo takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Frank Rizzo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rizzo gets in close and instigates a clinch.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Rizzo breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Rizzo looks to land a combination but Bogtrotter avoids it well.
Rizzo has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Bogtrotter uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Rizzo.
Bogtrotter throws a quick counter kick to the body but Rizzo avoids it.
Bogtrotter gets tackled into the cage by Rizzo. Rizzo maintains the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Rizzo has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Bogtrotter regains guard immediately.
Bogtrotter looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Rizzo is defending well. Bogtrotter quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Rizzo has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Bogtrotter celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Bruce Bogtrotter!
Bruce Bogtrotter decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
