The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grimes looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Kolehmainen is fending him off so far but Grimes persists. Nope, Kolehmainen circles away and we're back to standing.
Grimes tries for a takedown but Kolehmainen sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Kolehmainen shoots in and bounces Grimes off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Kolehmainen pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Grimes is keeping the position for now.
Kolehmainen seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Kolehmainen is posturing up here but Grimes has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Kolehmainen tries to roll out but it's too tight and Kolehmainen has to tap! Slick submission there by Grimes!
