Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Debe Emtu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brian Toilfer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Emtu has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Debe Emtu has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Toilfer slips a jab and a cross from Emtu.

Toilfer closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Emtu quickly recovers to half guard.

Toilfer is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Emtu has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Toilfer is working away from the top position though.

Emtu is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Toilfer.
Toilfer scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Toilfer drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Emtu escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Toilfer gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Toilfer slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Emtu is looking for a triangle but Toilfer pushes his legs off easily.

Toilfer wants to control from the top but Emtu keeps moving.
Toilfer stands and steps away. Emtu gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Toilfer dodges the punch combination from Emtu.
A slow jab from Emtu misses its intended target.
Toilfer feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Toilfer postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Toilfer is looking to work some ground and pound but Emtu has wrist control.
Toilfer connects with a couple of short punches.
Toilfer is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Emtu has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Toilfer is looking to defend but Emtu has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Toilfer! Emtu pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Toilfer taps out and this one is all over!
