The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Robert Douchet and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A solid leg kick lands there for Seyedi.
Seyedi tries to score with a low kick but Hauki moves his leg out of the way.
Hauki throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Hauki missing with a left hand there. Seyedi was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Seyedi swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Hauki misses with an uppercut
and Seyedi counters with a right hand to the body.
Hauki scores with a hook.
Seyedi takes a swing at Hauki's ribcage but misses.
Seyedi is looking to score with low kicks.
Hauki jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Hauki lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Hauki looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Taneli Hauki seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hauki looks to throw the jab but Seyedi is out of range.
Seyedi fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Hauki has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

and Hauki counters with a nice uppercut.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Seyedi lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Hauki has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Hauki and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Hauki jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.

Hauki takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Hauki ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Seyedi throws a leg kick but Hauki sees it coming and moves out of range.

Hauki takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Hauki takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Hauki lands with a straight right. Seyedi didn't see that one coming.
Hauki throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Seyedi on the side of the head.
Nice defenses there by Seyedi.
Seyedi ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hauki moves away.
Seyedi scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Hauki connects with a nice looking jab.
Hauki misses with a looping left.
Hauki uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Seyedi has time to react.

Hauki loads up on a big right hand but Seyedi slips the punch.
Hauki buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Hauki is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Hauki bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Hauki throws a big shot that misses.
Seyedi darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Hauki on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Seyedi throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Hauki misses with a low kick.
Seyedi scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Hauki doesn't seem bothered though.
Seyedi throws a head kick that misses.
A slow jab from Hauki misses its intended target.
Seyedi throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Seyedi lands with a cross.
Hauki throws a lazy body kick
and Seyedi counters with a stiff right hand.
Hauki wants to clinch but Seyedi slips to the side
and Seyedi counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Seyedi misses with a low kick.
Hauki misses with a wild body shot.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Hauki chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Seyedi can pounce on him.
The fighters circling - Seyedi throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Hauki swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Hauki misses with a looping right.
Seyedi lands an overhand right.
Seyedi steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Hauki. That one must have hurt.
Hauki moves out of range of the strikes.
Hauki thows a left - swing and a miss!
Seyedi is looking to slow Hauki down with leg kicks.
Hauki waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Seyedi.
Seyedi lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Seyedi moves away from the strike by Hauki.
Hauki misses the jab.
Seyedi tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Hauki was well out of range. Poor timing from Seyedi.
Hauki rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Seyedi moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Hauki checks the leg kick.
Hauki is looking to counter with a body kick.
Hauki takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

and Seyedi counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Seyedi throws a low kick, looking for Hauki's leg but Hauki calmly moves out of range.
Seyedi lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Hauki is rocked!
Hauki is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Seyedi delivers a nice body kick.

Hauki fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Seyedi manages to avoid it.
Hauki uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Seyedi.
Hauki takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Hauki throws a hook but Seyedi avoids it easily.
Seyedi has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Hauki finds it's way round the side to connect with Seyedi's head.
Seyedi looks to throw the jab but Hauki is out of range.
Hauki throws a looping overhand right but Seyedi ducks down to avoid it.
Seyedi doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Oh Hauki is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Crack! Seyedi connects with the perfect overhand right and Hauki falls face first to the canvas. Timbeeeeeeeer! Beautiful knockout for Seyedi!
