We've been told by Del Rosario's head coaches at Palazzo Paisano that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Pintos feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Del Rosario sprawling to the canvas! Del Rosario rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Pintos finish him?!

Pintos drops Del Rosario with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Del Rosario looks back up at him and smiles so Pintos waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Del Rosario gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Pintos gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!

An out of breath El Pintos thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
