Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Paulo Neumann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tobin Dorn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Paulo Neumann has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dorn plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Neumann throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Neumann shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Dorn defends it nicely.
Neumann shoots for a double leg takedown but Dorn sprawls well. He's pushed Neumann's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Dorn is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Dorn slaps away a takedown attempt from Neumann, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Neumann shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Dorn pinned against the cage. Dorn gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Dorn let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.

and Dorn counters with a low kick, right behind Neumann 's knee.

Dorn is trying to get back to his feet but Neumann has full control of the position and if anything, Dorn has just worked his way into a worse spot.

Dorn is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Neumann gets his way!

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Dorn can do anything to dispel that myth.
