Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Sanders (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anton Altair (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Altair comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Assassin's Creed kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Bobby Sanders has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Russell Pearce and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Altair pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Sanders tries to counter with a takedown but Altair is quick to defend against it.
Altair pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Sanders half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Sanders gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Altair fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Sanders tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Altair smiles and moves away.
Sanders clinches up with Altair and pushes him back against the cage.
Sanders breaks the clinch.
Altair connects with a looping right hand.
Altair throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Altair cracks a nice hook into Sanders's ribs.
Altair uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Sanders tries for a takedown but Altair sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Sanders has Altair up against the cage in a clinch.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Sanders blocks an uppercut.
That's one minute gone in the round.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Sanders just misses with a elbow thrown towards Altair's brow.
Sanders's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Altair cracks Sanders with a good jab.
Sanders fails with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bobby Sanders. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Altair throws a leg kick but Sanders moved away.
Sanders is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Altair.
Altair lands a nice shot to the body.
Sanders looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Altair!
Sanders will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Sanders tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Sanders has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Altair wants to control but Sanders postures up.

Altair tries to strike but it doesn't land.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Altair is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Sanders stands up and beckons Altair to his feet.
Altair takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Altair lands with an overhand left.
Sanders is rocked!
A head kick misses from Altair.
Oh Sanders is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Altair, as that shot connected.
Altair throws a front kick that sends Sanders stumbling back into the cage.
Altair steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Sanders is out on his feet! Altair sets himself and nearly takes Sanders's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Anton Altair!
