Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Abu Papu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jorge Thiago (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Papu comes to the cage accompanied by abu theme. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thiago misses with a looping right.
Thiago takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Some wild striking there from Papu.
A punch lands to the side of Thiago 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Thiago takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Papu rushes Thiago and presses him up against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Thiago swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Papu drops Thiago with a big knee straight up the middle! Thiago is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!

It looks like Jorge Thiago has been cut.
Papu fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Thiago is still on wobbly legs! Can Papu finish him?

Papu thuds a left hand into Thiago's body.
Papu closes the distance and lands a brutal uppercut that knocks Thiago out! We're looking at the replay now - he was out before he hit the floor!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Abu Papu!
