Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 21 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Friedrich Bergfried!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 32 - 14 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Oompa Loompa!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bergfried throws a low kick but Loompa moves out of range easily.
Loompa tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Bergfried is able to avoid easily.
Loompa with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Bergfried to score with a decent uppercut.
A clash of legs there as Loompa blocks the low kick.
Bergfried throws a body shot but no joy.
A countering left hand to the body from Loompa misses.
Loompa misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Bergfried.
Bergfried takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.

and Loompa counters with a good low kick that Bergfried was not able to check.

Loompa closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Loompa seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Bergfried does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Bergfried tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Loompa manages to move to mount!

Bergfried is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

Loompa postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Bergfried looks a forlorn figure.

Loompa pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Bergfried is bucking up trying to escape but Loompa cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Loompa is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Loompa comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Loompa isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Bergfried stacks Loompa on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Bergfried!

Oompa Loompa showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Loompa dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Loompa connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Bergfried lands with a cross.
Bergfried looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Loompa is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Bergfried rather than just go for the knockout.
Bergfried lands with a hook. Loompa tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Bergfried dodges the ground and pound from Loompa.

Loompa can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Bergfried is looking to escape.

Loompa goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Bergfried turns into him and now he's in Loompa's guard.

Loompa has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Bergfried can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Loompa throws his legs up looking for a submission but Bergfried uses it to pass to side control.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Loompa can't escape the position.
Loompa gets back to half guard.
Loompa keeping hold of Bergfried's head, controlling as best he can.
Oompa Loompa is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Loompa is pressing down on Bergfried's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Friedrich Bergfried.
I think Loompa has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
