The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Berger defending well as Franlkin loads up on a big left hand.
Franlkin's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Berger connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Franlkin scrambles back to his feet.

Franlkin displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Berger throws out the jab.
Franlkin is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Berger with a body shot.

A punch lands to the side of Franlkin 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Franlkin walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Franlkin gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Franlkin tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Berger counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Franlkin tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Berger manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Berger throws a quick inside leg kick.
Berger throws a shot from downtown. Franlkin moves away and avoids it.
The fighters circling - Franlkin throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Berger jabs Franlkin right on the nose. Franlkin blinks but takes it well.

That was a close round but I would say that Han Solo Berger will probably get the nod.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Franlkin might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Berger has got the better of the exchanges.

Berger lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Franlkin falls backwards - clearly groggy! Berger dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
