Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mateus Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Allen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gracie comes to the cage accompanied by Murica, Fuck Yeah!. Allen is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: In The Game. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Gracie looks for the body kick but Allen saw that one coming.
Allen connects with the punch.
Gracie tries a head kick but it misses.
Gracie just misses with a punch to the body.
Allen pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Gracie throws a leg kick that misses.
Gracie throws a solid leg kick but Allen takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Gracie.
Gracie defending well as Allen loads up on a big left hand.
Gracie takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Allen slips under a jab.
Allen misses with a straight left.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gracie throws a wild body kick that Allen sees coming a mile off.
Allen throws a body shot but no joy.
Allen ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Gracie moves away.
Gracie misses with a body shot.
Gracie ducks under a wild hook from Allen.
The crowd cheers as Allen lands an impressive looking overhand right. Gracie doesn't seem phased though.

Allen lands with a shot to the body.
Gracie lands a nice looking kick to the body. Allen takes a step back to recover.
Allen misses with a jab to the body
and Gracie counters with a nice double leg into side control. Allen won't be happy with that.
Gracie thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Allen is looking for a sweep.
Allen is trying to get back to his feet.
Gracie in side control, just content to control the action for now.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gracie tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.

Gracie content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.
Allen is not content to let Gracie control the position.
Allen defending against the ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Gracie remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
Gracie tries for a kimura but Allen is defending well.
Allen looks to move to half guard but instead Gracie has passed into mount! Damn!
Gracie is dominating on the ground here - he's now on his opponent's back, looking to sink in the hooks. Allen is in real trouble.

Gracie sinks in the hooks and is looking for the choke. He's got it! Allen taps out!
