Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marshall Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Micky Ward (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Marshall Lee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Micky Ward!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee lunges at Ward with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Ward's hand.
Ward stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Lee.
Ward misses with an uppercut. Lee saw that one coming.
Lee moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
No joy there for Lee, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Lee fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Ward looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Ward throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Lee.
Lee shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Ward defends it nicely.
Sloppy strikes from Lee. Those never looked like landing.
Lee throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Ward sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Lee steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Ward.
Lee changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ward tries to avoid it but Lee manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ward to the ground. Ward escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Ward throws an off balance right hand
and Lee counters with a thumping low kick.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ward with a hook.
Ward ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Lee moves away.
A jab from Lee misses.
Lee tests Ward's chin there with a solid looking shot.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Ward rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Lee connects with a solid leg kick.
Lee connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Lee connects with a crisp jab.
Lee waves his right hand out in front of him, looking to distract Ward. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Ward to the canvas! Can he finish him!?
Ward is rocked!
It looks like Micky Ward has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Lee advances position into side control!
Lee connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Ward some visible discomfort.
Lee has an Americana. Ward didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Lee is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Lee hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Marshall Lee!
