The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oshiro moves into the clinch.
Oshiro is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Eugemia is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Oshiro to keep the fight standing.
Eugemia blocks a body shot from Oshiro.
Oshiro lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Oshiro misses with a hook to the ribs.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Oshiro creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Oshiro tries to work over Eugemia's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Oshiro stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Oshiro wants it to stay on the feet.

Oshiro feints a jab promting Eugemia to slip. Oshiro then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Eugemia slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Oshiro closes the distance and clinches.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
