Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Vladimir Drake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and King Yento (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yento has chosen LA Beast Official Theme as his entrance music. King Yento told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The judges for this bout are Ben Watson, Summer Carpenter and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yento throws a jab when Drake was well out of range.
Drake moves into the clinch.

Yento lands a knee to the head.
It looks like Vladimir Drake has been cut.

I was talking to Drake's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Yento is looking to break free of the clinch but Drake has double underhooks.

Yento has had enough of the clinch but Drake keeps him there for the moment.

Yento is trying to force a seperation but Drake has the dominant position.
Drake is pushing Yento up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Drake pushes Yento against the cage. Drake is working some dirty boxing. Drake pushes off with a quick right hook! Yento goes down! Yento tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Drake moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!

Vladimir Drake bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
