The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Barrett feints and then cracks Breaker's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Breaker down.
Breaker bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Barrett's head backwards.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Barrett, right into the meat.
Breaker fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Barrett looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Breaker is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Barrett had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

Breaker looks to score with a jab to the body but Barrett is just out of range.
A decent looking cross lands there for Barrett.
Breaker lands a nice hook to Barrett's body. Barrett takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Barrett throws a push kick but Breaker slaps the foot to one side.
Breaker comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Barrett takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

and Barrett makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Breaker really felt that one!

A close round but Heart Breaker will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Breaker in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.

Barrett is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Barrett fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Breaker to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Breaker looks to clinch but Barrett throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Breaker taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
