Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Enting Butikol (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dave Doom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Butikol comes into the arena with Twinkle Twinkle Little Star blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Butikol is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Doom.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Doom. Butikol shrugs it off though.
Butikol takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Doom tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Butikol manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Doom has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Butikol has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Doom can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Butikol working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Doom doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Doom manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Doom stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Butikol swivels though and keeps the full guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Enting Butikol will probably get the nod.
