Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Dingerballs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jenik Krejza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mike Dingerballs!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jenik Krejza!
The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Krejza has closed the distance and engaged Dingerballs in a clinch.
Krejza told us before the fight that he's been working on his elbows. An under utilised technique these days - let's see if it can sway the outcome of the fight.
Dingerballs misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Dingerballs doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Dingerballs misses with a body punch.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Dingerballs creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.


It looks like Jenik Krejza has been cut.

Dingerballs wants the takedown. Krejza is fighting it off but Dingerballs persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Krejza's guard against the cage.

Dingerballs has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Krejza wants to stand and escape but Dingerballs is having none of it.

Dingerballs is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Krejza is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Dingerballs is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Krejza's shoulder. That is not cool.
Krejza is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Dingerballs has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Dingerballs is staying tight to Krejza's torso, preventing him from escaping.
Krejza wants to get back to his feet.

Dingerballs controlling the position from side mount.
Dingerballs connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Krejza some visible discomfort.
Krejza really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Dingerballs. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Dingerballs lands a few punches from side control.
A lull in the action here as Dingerballs stalls from top position.
We've been hearing good reports from Dingerballs's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Dingerballs is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Krejza has escaped the position, nice work there.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Krejza throws a wild body kick that Dingerballs sees coming a mile off.

Dingerballs rushes Krejza and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Krejza is trying to break free.

Dingerballs turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Dingerballs just content to control the position.
Dingerballs creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Dingerballs works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.

Krejza pushes Dingerballs away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Dingerballs gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Krejza is trying to get back to his feet.
Mike Dingerballs overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Dingerballs in side control, just content to control the action for now.
Dingerballs is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Krejza can do to turn this around?

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Dingerballs tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Dingerballs has hold of one of Krejza's legs. Krejza is fighting the takedown attempt but Dingerballs gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Dingerballs passes into half guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Dingerballs winds up and cracks Krejza with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Krejza tries to kick Dingerballs off but Dingerballs keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Dingerballs takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Dingerballs trying to control the pace.
Dingerballs has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Krejza wants to get back to his feet.
Dingerballs is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Krejza!
Krejza is bucking up trying to escape but Dingerballs cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Jenik Krejza's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:19 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Mike Dingerballs!
After the fight, Mike Dingerballs was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
