And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 21 - 24 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Gordon Freeman!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Daniel Franklin and George Francis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Freeman shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Freeman keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
And Freeman tries to counter it with a takedown but Kramer pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Kramer scores with a jab.
Kramer lands a slapping body shot.
Kramer throws a left and a right that both miss

and Freeman counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Kramer!
Kramer is trying to get back to half guard.
Freeman wants to control but Kramer is keeping him busy.
Kramer wants to control but Freeman postures up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Freeman tries for a kimura but Kramer is defending well.
Kramer is trying to improve his position.
Freeman advances to mount.
Freeman wants to take his opponent's back but he's not managed it.
Freeman prevents Kramer from getting the reversal.

Well, with Freeman on his back, surely it's only a matter of time before Kramer is tapping out... Can he escape the position?

Freeman is looking to control Kramer but Kramer is wriggling around and keeping busy.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Freeman is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Kramer is defending well though. Freeman let's go of the attempt for now.
