Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Richard B Riddick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmy Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Smith's choice of entrance music: MGK - Wild Boy ft. Waka Flocka Flame. This should be fireworks!

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith walks forward, straight into a front kick from Riddick.
A telegraphed right hand from Riddick misses the target.
Smith lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Riddick circles away quickly and effectively.
Smith has managed to clinch.
Riddick throws a head punch that misses.
Smith is trying to drag Riddick to the mat but Riddick just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Smith wants to take the fight to the mat but Riddick manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Riddick throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Smith throws a shot from downtown. Riddick moves away and avoids it.

Smith tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Riddick paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Riddick swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Smith throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Smith sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!

Smith postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Riddick looks a forlorn figure.
