Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Makahlen Gorbachoff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Julio El Toro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 21 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Makahlen Gorbachoff!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Julio El Toro!
The judges for this bout are Darius Henderson, Chris Dean and Winston Howard.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
El Toro throws a lazy uppercut
and Gorbachoff counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

El Toro shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. El Toro showed some decent athleticism there.

El Toro has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

El Toro is looking for a triangle but Gorbachoff pushes his legs off easily.

El Toro is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Gorbachoff defends well.

Gorbachoff got a little sloppy there for a moment and El Toro has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Gorbachoff has managed to get both his arms back between El Toro's legs - danger averted.

El Toro looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

That was a close second round but I would say that Makahlen Gorbachoff will probably get the nod.

El Toro has his foot on Gorbachoff's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Gorbachoff works his way back into a safe position though.
