Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Joe Sutherland!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tenhunen feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Sutherland avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Tenhunen pushing down on Sutherland's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
Sutherland is not content to let Tenhunen control the position.
Tenhunen looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Sutherland with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Tenhunen thows a huge punch but Sutherland dodges it nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Tenhunen works his way into side control.
Sutherland is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Tenhunen looks up at the clock and then as Sutherland takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Tenhunen smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Tenhunen misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
Tenhunen throws an elbow but Sutherland slips to the side and avoids it well.
Sutherland takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Tenhunen misses with the ground and pound.
Tenhunen definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

The ground and pound from Tenhunen seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
Tenhunen lands a decent elbow from side control.
Sutherland tries to buck Tenhunen off but Tenhunen is having none of it.

Tenhunen throws an elbow but Sutherland slips to the side and avoids it well.
Tenhunen lands some shots froms side control.
Tenhunen lands a strong strike to the head of Sutherland. That's dazed him! Tenhunen looking to finish here. Sutherland is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Tenhunen lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
