Caprillo comes into a darkened arena with his song building. The Beatles - Here Comes The Sun kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Duddy defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Caprillo.
Duddy cracks a nice hook into Caprillo's ribs.

Caprillo shoots for a double leg takedown but Duddy sprawls well. He's pushed Caprillo's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Declan Duddy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Caio Cesar Caprillo.
Caprillo displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Duddy throws out the jab.
Duddy drops Caprillo with a left and a right! Oh, Caprillo is hurt - Duddy dives into side control looking to finish!

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Duddy connects with a superb combination that knocks Caprillo out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Duddy before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Caprillo!
