The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Sandra Marshall and Santiago Holmes.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pack checks the leg kick.
Thomas swinging wildly here.
Pack wants to counter with a clinch but Thomas pushes him away.

Pack throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Thomas tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Pack is in Thomas's guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Some bone on bone action there as Pack checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Thomas leaves Pack with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Despite the aggression on Pack's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.

Pack tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Thomas is able to avoid easily.

Pack shoots in but no luck this time.

Pack's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Pack tries to close the distance and clinch up but Thomas swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Pack shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Pack doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Thomas dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Pack. That did some damage!

Pack has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Pack there as he acknowledges the shot.
Pack dodges the punch combination from Thomas.

Thomas rushes Pack and presses him up against the cage.

Thomas has had enough of the clinch but Pack keeps him there for the moment.

Pack closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Thomas is staying active underneath Pack, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Pack slips a nice elbow through Thomas's hands, connecting with Thomas's forehead.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Tim Thomas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Pack shoots for a double leg takedown but Thomas sprawls well. He's pushed Pack's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Pack has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Thomas clobbers Pack with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Pack fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Thomas, pushing him back against the cage.
Thomas gets underhooks to prevent Pack's takedown attempt.
Pack has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Thomas avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Tim Thomas is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Pack walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
The fighters circle momentarily. Thomas darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Pack throws a lazy right hand but Thomas sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Pack shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Pack was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Pack wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Thomas, who protects the arm well.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. And we move into the final round!

Pack fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Thomas avoids it really well and circles away.
Thomas lifts his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.
Thomas pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Pack back to the cage. Thomas follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Thomas, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
