PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between gs Seg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vitor Valakas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that gs Seg has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily gs Seg seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Valakas misses with a looping right.
Seg seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Valakas throws a jab but it's blocked by Seg.
Valakas fails with a takedown attempt.

Valakas is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Seg's half guard.
Valakas stalling away here and it's allowed Seg to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Valakas avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Valakas postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Seg looks a forlorn figure.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at gs Seg's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
