Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rasputin Erasmus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Monsun Moon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Erasmus comes to the cage accompanied by Rasputin. The key to victory for Rasputin Erasmus has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Monsun Moon!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Shigeki Fujiwara and Shirou Masuda.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Erasmus takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Erasmus misses with a lunging right hand
and Moon counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Erasmus throws a shot from downtown. Moon moves away and avoids it.
Erasmus misses with a wild body shot.
Erasmus throws a body punch but Moon moves out of range.
Moon drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Erasmus defends it well.
The fighters circling - Erasmus throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Moon lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Erasmus backs up against the cage.

It looks like Rasputin Erasmus has been cut.
Erasmus walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Moon checks a leg kick.
Moon let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Erasmus swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Moon scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Erasmus misses with a looping right.
Moon throws a right hand that Erasmus ducks under and follows up with a left that Erasmus also avoids with ease.
Moon on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Moon takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

It looks like Monsun Moon has been cut.

Erasmus displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Moon.
Erasmus takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Moon takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Erasmus moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

Erasmus misses with a looping right.
Erasmus ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Moon moves away.
Erasmus lands a nice leg kick that just misses Moon's sensitive parts.
We've been told by Erasmus's head coaches at Fighting Fitness & Freedom that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Erasmus is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Moon.
Erasmus throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Erasmus throws a big shot that misses.
Moon steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Erasmus.
Erasmus swings widly with a right hand
and Moon counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Moon on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Erasmus jabbing away but nothing is landing.

Moon keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Erasmus.

Moon stalks Erasmus and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Erasmus's face. Erasmus staggers backwards, shaken.
Erasmus lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Moon avoids the body shot from Erasmus.
Erasmus throws a hook but Moon avoids it easily.
Erasmus throws a nice outside leg kick.
Moon scores with a three punch combo!
Erasmus walks into a left hand.
Moon lands a nice hook to Erasmus's body. Erasmus takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Moon looks to score with a jab to the body but Erasmus is just out of range.
Sloppy strikes from Erasmus. Those never looked like landing.

Erasmus thuds a left hand into Moon's body.
Erasmus throws a body punch but Moon moves out of range.

Moon gets the takedown into side control.
Moon working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter.

Moon in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Erasmus is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
