The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sheppards connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Davis's hands.
Sheppards lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
It looks like Miles Davis has been cut.
Davis misses with a jab, cross combination.
Sheppards throws the left hand but Davis avoids the punch easily.
Sheppards misses with a looping right.
Davis lands a jab-cross combination.
Davis throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Davis lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Sheppards circles away quickly and effectively.
Sheppards changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A big right from Davis misses.
Davis throws a series of punches but Sheppards avoids them all with ease.
Davis throws a right and a left that Sheppards avoids nicely.
Davis misses with the combination.
Donk. Davis catches Sheppards right on the button with a cross.
Davis moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
It looks like Carl Sheppards has been cut.
Davis misses with a double jab
and Davis takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Davis is rocked!

Davis get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Davis stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the ropes but Sheppards runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!
