Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Alexander Hardenov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Shifty McShady!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Skip Squint and Ben Watson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hardenov attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Hardenov misses the shot to the body.
McShady lands with a nice combination. Hardenov backs away looking to recover.
Hardenov slaps away a takedown attempt from McShady, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Hardenov tries to clinch but McShady is having none of it.
McShady misses with an attempted mid kick.
McShady scores with a jab.
Hardenov looks to score with a jab to the body but McShady is just out of range.
Hardenov lands the left hand.
Hardenov swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
McShady moves out of range of the strikes.
Hardenov tries to close the distance and clinch up but McShady swats him away and circles back towards the center.
McShady circles away from the clinch attempt.
McShady is looking for the big counter here.
A punch combination from McShady misses.
It looked like Hardenov was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from McShady.
Hardenov keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hardenov blocks a head kick by McShady.
McShady shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Hardenov as he jumps to the side.
Alexander Hardenov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Shifty McShady.
McShady throws a nice looking combination but Hardenov bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
McShady tries a head kick but it misses.
McShady uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Hardenov.
Hardenov wants to clinch.
Hardenov fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with McShady, pushing him back against the cage.
McShady blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Hardenov tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and McShady avoids it.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Hardenov is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
McShady tries to land knees in the clinch but Hardenov avoids the damage to the body.
Hardenov's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Hardenov swings away with an uppercut that misses.
McShady drops down looking for an ankle pick but Hardenov pulls his leg out and moves away.
McShady takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Hardenov scores with the left hand. McShady knows he should have avoided that one.
Nice jab there from Hardenov.
McShady shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hardenov throws a half hearted mid kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Hardenov drops McShady with a straight right hand, right on the button! Hardenov follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:06 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Alexander Hardenov!
Alexander Hardenov spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
