The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Valakas shoots in and drives through. Lievens sprawls well.

Valakas shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Lievens really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Valakas stops Lievens from standing up.
Valakas chips away with some ground and pound.
Valakas works a leg free and moves into half guard.

A big strike lands for Valakas! That's really hurt Lievens and he's turned his back - Valakas keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Valakas jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
